My Stomach Gets Bigger Instead, What Is The Cause ?

Dear Doctor, I have not been able to poo normally (which is at least every morning). I eat as usual, drink a lot of water and other liquids and it seems my stomach gets bigger instead. What is the cause. Thank you.
