Is the pain in your stomach or in the lower abdomen
If it is in your stomach area then it could be because of acidity
Or in your lower abdomen area then if could be due menstrual symptoms
hello, contractions is the result of products in uterine cavity like blood fluid etc. I would advise you to get a ultrasound done. It wil help to understand why u have contractions. I hope i have answered your query. Take care
