Its a main artery I wondered that too until a doctor told me when he saw it. I had anxiety and my heart would beat fast, I asked him why my stomach was pulsing I know its like right over your stomach he told me it was just my main artery cant remember I believe he said it was the largest of the whole body.

Hello There..
Welcome to healthcare Magic forum..
There is huge artery called abdominal aorta in the abdomen..If you are thin you can feel the beating of this vessel just like your heartbeat..
So there is nothing to worry and you are not pregnant for sure!!
Hope this helps
Take care..
