What Condition Might I Have Given My Racing Heart, Chest, Back, And Jaw Pain, Nausea, Hiccups, And Low HRV?

My symptoms are Primary Symptoms:      1.     Heart Symptoms:      •     Racing heart episodes (sometimes sudden and severe).      •     Elevated resting heart rate in the past.      •     Low heart rate variability (HRV) noted before.      2.     Pain Symptoms:      •     Chest pain: Sometimes accompanied by nausea and radiating to the left shoulder.      •     Back pain:      •     Mid-back on the left side, worsens when inhaling or bending backward.      •     Occasionally occurs with hiccups.      •     Jaw pain: Sudden, severe pain extending to the right mid-jaw from the chest.      3.     Other Symptoms:      •     Nausea (intermittent).      •     Red, itchy skin patch (random, small area on the body).      •     Hiccups followed by back pain.      •     History of panic attack (recently triggered by an energy drink). what do I have and should I be worried?
