My Symptoms Are Two Weeks Ago I Had Diarrhea With

My symptoms are two weeks ago I Had diarrhea with little blood and about a week ago I've only been able to pass mucus with some blood. My stomach feels and looks bloated and today I've been feeling pain in my stomach. Almost like contractions that come every half hour to an hour and lasts 10 to 20 seconds long. I have the pain when. I strain to have a bowl movement and just sitting around doing nothing. I'm constipated and not sure if this has anything to do with it but my ribs hurt on my right side. It's late and was just going to bairon with the stomach pain and sleep till tomorrow unless u as a dr thinks otherwise. I've done some research and my symptoms don't sound very good for me. What's your opinion?
