My Tooth Is Paining. I Took 3 Combiflam Tablet, But

My tooth is paining. I took 3 combiflam tablet, but it didnt work.i think i have a serious tooth problem.it happens after 3-4 days. When i drink water and stablize it at pain area it feel good.but as i drink it, pain starts.this process goes untill i fall asleep.it happend mostly in night. First i though it is due to sensitivity so took sensyodine toothpaste,but i didnt work. I should i have to do
