Hello, Welcome to Healthcaremagic.

I had gone through your query and understand your concern.

The normal range of triglycerides is below 180 mg /dl. Your Triglyceride level is little bit high but not too much.
My advise is to Better go for life style modification than drugs.

If you are my patient. I advise you to
1. regular exercise daily for 45 minutes for at least 5 days a week.
2. Avoid packed foods and fast foods.
3. Take high fibre diet
4. Eat healthy foods like vegetables and fibres.

Then recheck your Lipid profile after 3 months.

Torvason -EZ have some common side effects like other drugs - Nausea, vomiting, itching and skin rashes,
It can also cause drowsiness and dizziness in some patients.

Hope this helps.
If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.
