My Tyroid Test In March Has A T4 Free Of

My tyroid test in March has a T4 free of 1.1 and a TSH reflex to FT4 of .30. My endocronologist decreased my medication and I am still having the came symptoms of an underactive throid: Weigth gain, lethargy, mood swings, hot flashes. It's not my hormones as I had this checked. I am having my thyroid rechecked but don't undersatnd her rationale. I am upset that no matter how little I eat, I am gaining weight. Can you offer any feedback? What waS ABNORMAL. i JUST WANT TO FEEL GOOD AGAIN.
