My Urges Were So Strong That I Inserted A Plastic

My urges were so strong that I inserted a plastic bag covered in petrolium jelly through my anus before orgasm. I hate the urges; I really do (I regret them and that action), but right now I am frightened! I am more frightened than almost any other time because I read online that petrolium jelly is for external use only and that it can cause infections and problems and is hard for the body to get rid of because it is not water soluble. What should I do; what might happen? It was a relatively large amount of petrolium jelly, so I am frightened; of course not all of it would still be inside me; some came out with the bag. Please help!
