Otolaryngologist / ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum
This seems to be pharyngitis, drink plenty of warm water, do gargles with povidone iodine mouth wash. Also consult your ENT specialist in case the throat pain worsens or does not improve, as you might require antibiotics.

Take care
Regards

General & Family Physician Dr. Sapan J. Pandya's  Response
The burning sensation in throat sugggests few most common things:
(i) Pharyngitis
(ii) Acid-Peptic Disorder
(iii) B-Complex Deficiency
In Pharyngitis there is fever with running nose, irritable nose.
In Acid-Peptic Disorder there is belching, heaviness in stomach..
In B-Complex Deficiency, there are ulcers surrounded by redness.
