My Wife TSH Level 5.31 On 12 May 2015 Then

My wife TSH level 5.31 on 12 may 2015 then endocrinologist advised thyroxin sodium 50mcg daily at morning in fast condition. during this treatment has been patient of high blood pressure. Her age is 32 years. Now she is 10 weeks pregnant and having stones size 10 mm in both kidneys from 3 months. She has been taking double dose of thyroxin 100mcg from 4 months by the advised of gynecologist. Now plz tell me about this.
High blood pressure and kidney's stones are bad effect of medicine or not?
Is thyroxin safe in pregnancy?
It's dose is right or not?
Plz suggest me what's right for her?
