My Wife And I Are Trying To Have A Baby.

My wife and I are trying to have a baby. and seeing's how I am a transgender male, I can not do what needs to be.. so we found a donor.. we are using the syring method. my wife ovulates twice a month and we missed the first, but caught the second.. and it was 3 days before her period was due. so we did what we had to do to get pregnant.. she started spotting 3 days after, but its not like her normal period.. with that being said. could she be pregnant even with the bleeding?
