My Wife Came Home From Work In Tears Saying Her

My wife came home from work in tears saying her whole body hears and just out of energy. Like really exhausted. She did not want to go in to see a doctor. I took her temp, it is normal. She has a hard time breathing because she got a cold a few days ago and perhaps it is related to her cold. She perhaps has build up in her lungs. Could you not have a fever with something like this?
