My Wife Has A Severe Case Of Positional Vertigo, She

My wife has a severe case of positional vertigo, she just got up from her chair and her head started to spin, she has been vomiting for the last 3 hours, she can not walk or talk , she says it makes her head spin, she is tired of vomiting. Just to let know, her doctor did the epeley manoeuver on Tuesday. I can not reach her doctor because he is on vacation, is there something that could make her feel better
