My Wife Is Asthematic And Use Inhaler Wth Rotacap Seroflow

My wife is asthematic and use inhaler wth rotacap seroflow 100. She coughs frequently when lying down which disturbs her sleep. Coughing also happens during day when in upright positon. She has chest congestion. Would antibiotic give her relief (I have Amoxycillin 500mg+Clavulanic Acid 125mg tablets readily, Also has Pantoprazole Gastro-resistant tablets). would appreciate valuable advice.
