Nagging Pain In Stomach And Abdomen, Increases On Bending

hi, i am a 27 year old male, for the last while ive had a nagging pain in my lower left abdomen , it always seemed to be near the end of the work. Now when i bend over forwards, i get a nagging pain in the middle of my stomach , it feels like there is something there that shouldnt be, any ideas of what these could be. Maybe the same problem?

may be IBS. try Mebeverine or buscopan or loperamide.
get ultrasound scan done.
