Namaste ! Am 40 Years Old Since Last One Week

Namaste ! Am 40 years old since last one week am having stomach infection. First couple of days had very thin loose motion for which use home remedy that made good, but was having gas and kind of sour taste and can feel kinf od stomach weakness and was not having urge to have food, but on other side was feeling hungry by stomach for which i took Norflok TZ with Pan D & digene.
Now since last two days am going early morning am going 4-5 to washroom with semi solid discharge & with severe pain & burning sensation in anus during discharge and afterward too. Today my pain in anus is increased and not able to even sit. Please advice ...
