Nasal Pain, Pain In Cheeks, Jaw, Ears. Taking Advil, Temporary Relief. Treatment?

I am a 47 year old female, for two days I have experienced the side of my nose very sore right were your tear duct is and down my left cheek, felt very swolen, took advile it went away, a day later only to find my right jaw hurt so bad I could barly chew, not coming from my teeth , but right at the jaw joint , not sore to touch, and my ear hurt a little, but I felt it was coming from my jaw, again taking advill it is still a little achy but can chew more comfortalbe. what can this be?

thanks for your question,
i have gone through your question, i feel you have some tooth infection near canine or premolar region it might be causing swelling near the nose and causing pain in the cheek...for this u need to take a course of antibiotics and pain killers...
the pain in the ear region could be because of disc displacement in the temporomandibular joint or jaw joint...please consult a oral physician...you need to take radiographs for the tooth and joint...after that u can take medicines for joint pain like piroxicam 20mg twice daily for first day and once daily for next 4 days...give hot fomentation over the involved joint..
