Hi,

Meth abuse causes changes in the facial appearance which are to an extent irreversible. That is why you still have them in spite of sopping meth. However, there is one thing that may help. Consult a dermatologist to see if some skin tightening creams can help. Botox injection is also an option to reduce the fold, but the benefit would be temporary.

Best wishes.
