Nausea. Taken Labesfal Tablet. Dosage And Whether I Need To Take Empty Stomach?

Very quick question: I am experiencing Nausea. I have some tablets Metoclopramida Labesfal (containing Metoclopramide 10mg) that I bought on holiday in Portugal 9 months ago, when I was also feeling nauseous. But I don't remember what dose I should take, whether I need to take them on an empty stomach, etc.

Thanks for your help.
