Nausea, Backache, Abdominal Cramps After Removing Implanon. Pregnancy Test Is Negative. What Could Be The Reason?

Hi, I'm 28 yrs of age I just took my implanon out on the 4th of Nov after having it in for 29mnths, I had irregular periods so I don't know my cycle now but 2 weeks before it was removed i was on my period and it lasted for 5 day. Prior to the removal date I had unprotected sex & after the removal I began to eat alot, sleep through out the day(which I never do), my sense of smell went up, I felt nauseated even threw up, going to the bathroom quite often, having back aches & abdominal cramps alot. Since these were happening I did 3 pregnancy test all were NEGATIVE!!! I don't know what else to do because I don't know what's happening to me... Please help!!!
