Nausea, Dizziness, Sharp Pain Behind Ear, Tension In Upper Back, Tingling In Cheek. Any Ideas?
Hi, I had a sudden bout of nausea, dizziness, sharp pain behind my right ear. I vomited and now feel pressure behind my eyes like a hangover (but I haven't been drinking) I'm extremely tired and have been for the last few days. At one point my jaw up through my cheek started tingling, but went away when I rubbed the back of my head just behind my right ear. I have a lot of tension in my upper back.

There seems to be infection in the middle part of ear and spreading to the bony air spaces behind the ear.
You must consult an ENT specialist and get examined
You can take
antibiotics
decongestant
antihistaminics
Mucolytics
Hot fomentation around the ear
Do not clean the ear by yourself.
