Nausea, Fatigue, Body Pain, High Fever, Eye Pain, Headaches. Flu Symptoms?

I have been sick for 3 days. It started out as nausea , fatigue , and all over body aches. The next day i had a fever of 102 and the same symptoms as before. Today i still have the fever, the fatigue, body aches, but now when i get up or move everything starts spinning and it hurts my eyes to have the light on but i dont have a head aches, also stomach cramping. Do i have the flu or should i go to the doctors?

hello britkneerose, you should go for complete blood test with blood presure check up may be these are viral symptoms you can use ibupfren plus paracetamol combination for fever and if infection is present use antibiotics for flu like cefixime 200 mg twice daily or azithromycin 500 mg once daily for 3 days
