Nausea, Headache, Fatigue, Sore Breast Prior To Periods, Early Period For 1 Day. Reason?
Hi, last month prior to my period I had symptoms of extreme nausea, headaches, fatigue, sore breasts and could not stomach most smells, slight cramps and I even had some spotting which i usually don't but my period came a day early like usual and I'm experiencing nausea and weird feeling in tummy again. What does this mean?
Hello and welcome to HCM, The symptoms of nausea, headache, fatigue, sore breasts, cramps before periods are known to occur under the influenze of hormone progesterone. Progesterone is the principal hormone secreted during the luteal phase of the menstrual cycle. Observe your cycles for couple of months. If these symptoms persist for long duration, you need to consult your gynecologist for examination, investigations and thus management. Hormonal medications may have to be used if the symptoms are troublesome.
