Nausea, Loss Of Appetite, Headache, Less Sleep. Safe Remedy?

hi

Im 16 years old and the past few weeks i have been feeling nauseous, unable to eat very much, yet hungry at the same time. I also feel a bit faint at times and have a permanent headache. Im also very fidgety in class and cant focus on anything. I normally sleep well aswell but i have been having restless sleeps lately and waking up sweating. Please could you give me some idea of something i can do to stop feeling like this?

Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello
Welcome to HCM

The symptoms like nausea, poor appetite, weakness, continuous fidgeting, poor concentration etc can occur due to anxiety or some form of mild depression. Poor sleeps and restlessness are also common presenting complaints. Best is to consult a Psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and management. Relaxation exercises, breathing exercises helps to improve the situation. Medicines like SSRI, SNRI are commonly used in such situations.

Thanks
