Nausea, Tender Breast, Gas Trouble, Sleeplessness, Headaches. Periods Started. Any Ideas?

Hi,
Basically for the past few weeks I have been very nauseas through different parts of the day, tender breast, veins have become extremely prominent as well, both in my breasts and my shoulders. I also haven't been sleeping well and have been very gassy. Headaches have been an issue too. I thought i could be pregnant but today started my period. I suppose I'm asking what the feelings I have been having could be caused by if not pregnancy?

These all above symptoms may be caused by hormonal changes or due to premenstrual symptoms.
Don't worry these symptoms may disappear with time as now your period starts.
