Nauseated, Frequent Urination, Cravings. Pregnancy Report Sgoed Fetal Pole, Yolk Sac. Is The Baby Alive?

I had 10 wk ultrasound and all was good with my pregnancy. Went for another for dating purposes but no fetal heartbeat. There was a fetal pole measuring 22mm, yolk sac, and amnion both abdominal and vag u/s were perforned. i still feel very pregnant: nauseated, frequent urination, large/achy breast, fatigue, short temper with my toddler, food aversions and cravings. I have had no cramps or bleeding. i had a miscarraige at 8 weeks 11 months ago. Is there ANY chance my baby could still be alive?

hi... you have conceived and ultrasound examination says fetal pole and yolk sac present.. but no cardiac activity.. by 10th week you should have got the heart beat.. take a second opinion from another radiologist for cardiac activity.. see your obstetrician in any case.. all the best.
