Nauseated, Pain In Chest, Discomfort, Sweating. What This It Could Be?

I am a 34 year old male who just about an hour ago started feeling a little nauseated. I walked to get a glass of water and then it got much worse but I started having moderate pain in my chest, discomfort, and sweat just started pouring from mainly my forehead. I couldn't even walk back across the kitchen for a good five minutes and even then my grandmother had to get the water for me accompanied with a wet washcloth. I am still having some slight pain and tightness in my chest and even my back as well but the pain has gone down and the nausea and sweating are gone. What could this be or more importantly, what should I do?

Hello and welcome to HCM,

The symptoms of nausea, pain in the chest region, tightness in the chest are suggestive of cardiac or heart ailment.
Angina is associated with chest pain , sweating, nausea, chest pain radiating to arms.
This pain is limited to left part of the chest and usually precipitated by strenuous work, stress, etc.
Consult your physician preferably a cardiologist for clinical examination and relevant investigations.
Investigations like ECG can be done initially and further investigation will be guided by the result of ECG.
A blood sugar level should also be done.
Cardiac aliments are more common in patients with glucose intolerance.

Thanks and take care
