Neck And Hand Suffered Burn, Bubbles Formation. Used Silverex Cream. Suggest?
My Sister has pored the hot sambar from the Cooker to her Hand & neck Portion, at that time i suggest her to keep her hand towards running water, after tht we apply Burnol Cream, Because of her too pain we went to clinic their they prescribe Silverex Cream, after applying it pain get reduced...., but now our problem is can we pinch tht bubbles & wht abt the mark!
Your sister seems to have developed second degree burns due to spilling of hot sambar.
Chances of infection are very common in this type of burns that is why she has been given silverex cream. Continue this cream.
Don't pinch the bubbles at all. They form a protective barrier and have a role in prevention from infection. The fluid in it will get absorbed slowly and finally there will be crust formation which will fall off. Then the mark will be visible which may be hypo or hyper pigmented and can be managed accordingly with creams.
Hope this solves your query.
Wish her a speedy recovery.
Take care
