Neck Area Got Cut While Shaving, Tiny Red Spots, Feeling Like Pin Prick. Applying Antiseptic Cream. Fungal Infections?

while shaving, cut neck area. next day tiny red spots apeared, feeling like pin prick as they develope. I easily scrap the top off , then pressing out the blood , clean and apply antiseptic cream. I am washing the area 3-4 times per day and applying cream immediatley. These spots keep reappearing about 1 -2 centimeters from where previous ones were. I think the problem is in or under the first layer of skin. I have also been using tea tree oil which has reduced the area affected.I wonder if it is a fungal infection.
