General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Welcome to Healthcaremagic.

The pain in the neck and numbness and tingling sensation in the upper limb is very typically seen in nerve compression syndromes.

Such nerve compression occurs due to disease in the cervical (neck) spine which could be due to TB or spondylosis.DO get examined and there may be need for a MRI scan .Do get it done as soon as possible.

More you delay it can get worsened more.

Wish you good health.
