Neck Pain, Twitches, Headaches, Ear Pain. MRI Done, No Lesions, Tumours. Causes For Symptoms?

I ve lost count how many doctor s I have seen... (ENTs, Dentists, Neurologists, ERs , Internsits, Physical Therapist) I have had pain from the neck up for over 3 years. Neck, jaw, teeth, ears, face, scalp and all over head (bi-lateral). Pain ranges from dull ache to burning pain to severe jolts to buzzing sensaitions. Pain worsens at night, but at times can be present during morning/day. Only triggers I have noticed are cold air talking/singing. Occasionally a few days of pain releif... lately it has been daily. Pain interferes with work and daily activities. Severe fatigue has accompanied the pain along with dizziness and faintness upon standing. MRI of head and neck w and w/o contrast are clear of leisions, tumors etc. OTC Pain killers do not help. Rx pain meds caused rebound headaches. Was given the Gabapentin/Tegretol regimine... I am sensitive to medication and could not tolerate the side effects. Couldn t finish a prednisone pack b/c of side effects. Was given occiptal nerve block injections... no relief. Ear tubes were inserted for possible eustachian tube dysfunction--no releif. Dentists did not mention TMJ or evidence or teeth grinding. Tried physical therapy for neck/jaw with no relief. Blood tests show no abnormalities (no anemia, diabetes nor lyme s disease). I have a follow up with another neurologist... However, I recently found out my medical history because I am adopted. I was told Lupus runs in the family... I will ask to be tested for this... but if these tests come back negative.. I don t know where to go from here without a ton of trial/error with medications... can not seem to get any confident diagnosis other than atypical facial pain or possible trigeminal/glossopharyngeal neuralgia or a possible atypical migraine (i have no classic nausea/light/noise sensitivity). The pain ranges from dull to incompacitating-- lately the pain has been accompanied by head/neck jerking/twitching. I cannot afford to miss any more work. I would appreciate any insight other than what has been exhausted to me. Thanks :)

Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day
It appears more likely to be trigeminal neuralgia. Try taking a second opinion from other Neurological.
Trial of Carbamazepine can be tried.
Take care
