Neck Pain When Touching, Lump Under Skin, No Sore Throat, Lymph Nodes Or Gland Swollen
Last night I drove to the mountains in a high elevation. After being here for a few hours, I noticed that the right side of my neck was painful to the touch. The is also a small lump under the skin . The left side is normal. I do not have a sore throat . I don t know if a lymphnode or gland is swollen. What could this be?

Hello Welcome to HCM forum Either it can be a lymph node or muscular swelling Take some anti inflammatory drug or simple paracetamol and just observe it When you come down you can show it to a surgeon Best wishes
