Neck Surgery Done For The Removal Of A Cyst, Scar Tissue Left Behind. Treatment Options?

I have a neck surgery scar from the removal of a cyst which was removed 15 years ago after 5 hours of surgery. At the time the surgeon made it very clear I would have a scar and that I might find it displeasing from an aesthetic perspective. Relieved at the removal at the time I was not worried but as I am in my 50s now this scar is aging me sooner than I would have been.

Hello.Fortunately scars on neck respond better than that on face.Consult a good surgeon, preferably plastic or cosmetic surgeon, who would repair the scar.Alternatively, there are good silicone based gels for application.
