Need Advice Based On Test Report

Hi, Good Evening Following is my test report:- Blood Sugar FP 139 PP 157 HbA1C 7.90% Cholesterol 95 mg/dL Triglycerides 105 HDL Chol 30 mg/dL LDL 44 mg/dL Packed Cell Volume 38.70% RBC Count 4.34 Lymphocytes 16.60 Absolute Leucocyte count 0.87 Urine - S.G. 1.010 Epithelial cells - few I am a diabetic. What these results indicate? Kindly advise me. Thanks. Regards

Hi.. These reports are suggesting that

1. Your sugars still need to corrected properly.. An Hba1c values should be below 7.. Recheck it after 3 months

2. Triglycerides are just high, any values above 100 is high.. Use only low fat diet...

The other reports are magic..
