Need Advice On Best Time For Conception In A Cycle

I have done laparoscopy for remove left ovarian cyst in February 2011. My fallopian tube is open. Folic study is normal in 12th day in menstruation. Folic size is 15 in 12th day of menstruation. I am interested to conceive right now how can I conceive??? Please advice me…

Usually the egg release (ovulation) happens 14 days prior to the next expected menses. (So if your menstrual cycle is of 30 days, you should ovulate on 16th day.) Utilize the days around this date with frequent, at least alternate day intercourse.

Since, you are monitoring ovulation by ultrasonography, locating the day of ovulation will be much easier for you. Usually the follicle ruptures and ovulation happens after the follicle is 18+ mm size. So that will give you proper indication. 15 mm size follicle is rather premature to rupture. May be within a couple of days, it will attain its proper size to ovulate.

Please get rid of the stress of becoming pregnant. Such stress is known to affect the ovulation.
