Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The P.P glucose levels should should be taken after 2 hours of taking food, if it is taken like that it is confirmed that you are diabetic and should take care of.
I advise you to consult an endocrinologist for diagnosis and treatment .
you should cut down the calories, sweats, fruits, etc.
You should control the weight as well.
You can keep weight under control, by avoiding fats, fries, junk foods, and oily foods.
Increase your activity by practicing, morning walk, yoga, gardening, and do any work in front of you.
Minimize the sleeping time ,practice late to bed, a nd early to rise, avoid day time sleep.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
