Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of the blood tests is:
The liver function tests shows elevated levels of total bilirubin and direct bilirubin.
Thus, there is presence of jaundice.
You need to stop consuming alcohol since alcohol will aggravate the jaundice.
The level of SGOT is increased and SGPT is within normal limits.
The raised level of SGOT can be due to the hepatocyte damage caused by alcohol.

Fasting blood glucose level is 191 mg/dl. Fasting glucose levels should be below 100 mg/dl.
Elevated level of blood glucose suggests diabetes mellitus.

Platelet count is 88,000 per cubic millimeter which is below the normal range.
ESR is also elevated.
The cause for low platelets needs to be known by clinical correlation.
Elevated ESR level can be seen in chronic inflammation.
This also needs to be correlated clinically.

Thanks and take care
