Need Advice On Medication For Anxiety And Depression.

Hi my name is Tristan I was diagnosed with ADHD inatentive type and also anxiety and depression. I am taking 20mg of Vyvanse alongside 30mg of Burophian. Every day my feet and hands get to the point of freezing and no feeling. I also think my anxiety is extremely bad and my depression is worsening even on the medicine.

Psychiatrist 's  Response
HI
Thanks for using healthcare magic

In your case, inattention could be due to anxiety and depression. In that case, there is no need to take stimulant like vyvanase. Vyvanase could lead psychogenic anxiety. Better to take antidepressant like bupropion only and that would help to control underline anxiety and depression. Rest, you can discuss with your psychiatrist. In case, you need further help, you can ask.

Thanks
