Need Advice With Testicular Imbalance After A Bike Accident

hi doctor,
I have imbalanced testicles. the right one is up and the left one is lower. Iam facing this problem since i suddenly applied brakes while i was riding a bike. Some times i feel pain in the Right testicle and I feel much uncomfortable. What do i need to do ?

HI.
Usually the left testicle is at a lower point than the right in almost all the males. This is natural. And you have a pain in the right one which is at a higher level.
It is possible that you are suffering from inflammation of the right testicle called orchitis, or there is a recurrent torsion causing all such problems.
I would advise you the following:
Get an examination done by an Urologist, get ultrasonography and dolor doppler examination to get a confirmed diagnosis to get a plan for further treatment.
Till then apply scrotal support and take an anti-inflammatory medicines.
