Need Evaluation Of My Follicular Study

Hello Doctor, I have undergone follicular study this month. My LMP is 26/05/2014. The doctor asked to me to come for fs from the 10th day. On the 15th day (ie) yesterday my endo lining is 9. The follicle in the right ovary measures 18 * 17 mm and the follicles in the left ovary measures 13 *10 and 7 * 7 mm. When will the follicle rupture and when will the ovulation occur. Is it be possible for me to conceive this month.

Thanks for writing to HCM

At present stage, your follicular study is absolutely normal.You should complete your follicular study.
There are two follicles one in left ovary and there is single dominant follicle in right ovary and it is developing well.
Probably dominant follicle in right ovary will take part in ovulation and it will be available for fertilization.
Ovulation will be indicated by minimal fluid in POD.
Endometrial thickness is also normal.
You should plan unprotected intercourse within 24-48 hours of ovulation for maximum chances of fertilization.
After intercourse female should lay down in bed with folded hips and knees for 15 mins so that sperm can move inside the female genital tract easily.
So,there are chances of pregnancy in this month if every thing goes fine.
