Need Evaluation Of My Urinalysis

i am 19 yr old female my urinalysis results reads: color-light yellow, transparency-hazy, pH 5.0, Specific Gravity 1.015, CHEMICAL TEST protein and glucose are negative. MICROSCOPIC exam WBC-12-18hpf, RBC- 3-7hpf, Epithelial cells- many, Bacteria- moderate, Mucus Threads- moderate...what does this mean? thank you doc.

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

You are suffering from urinary tract infection(UTI).
UTI is indicated by hazy appearance of urine and presence of WBC,RBC,moderate bacteria in urine. RBC may be due to UTI.
You need few more investigations like routine hemogram,Renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen. Further investigations can be done if needed..
At present you need proper antibiotics after culture and sensitivity report.
