Need Explanation/advice Of Sperm Test Result.

i am a man of 32 years of age, i went for a sperm count test and here is the result the doctor sent to me.
Morphology:
Active 70%,
sluggish 05%,
dead 25%
count 56million/ml
Normal 85%
Abnormal 15%
Culture:
growth of staphlococus aureous.
sensitive to pefloxacin++, Gentamycin++, ofloxacin++

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Your semen analysis report suggests infection.This is indicated by growth of staphlococus aureous. Normally there shouldn't be any growth of organisms in semen.
Infection may be due to prostatitis,UTI etc.
You need antibiotics for infection.
Other investigation like routine hemoram,RBS,Ultrasound of pelvis should be done.Trans rectal sonography of prostate can be done if needed.
Rest of the findings like motility,morphology are normal.
