Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hi Naveen,
You report indicates a mild elevation of liver enzymes and mildly raised triglycerides and total bilirubin levels.
This report suggests there is an ongoing injury but at a lower level. There are many causes of hepatic injury and alcohol is one of them. It could be other infections, or your genetics might be like that only.
You can get a repeat test after 3 months, to look for any change in levels.
Lipanthyl was given to you to treat your triglyceride levels.
You need to take regularly to reduce your triglyceride levels.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
