Need Explanation For X Ray Results

to day i x ray my son for PA of cheast

examine report is as underbil

ateral lung fields shows prominent hilar and bronchovascular marings.

bilateral p angles appears clear.

No e/o pleural effusion or

both dome of diaphragm apperas noraml

bones shows reduced mineralization.

Prominent hilar and increased bronchovascular markings in lungs may be due to many reasons like infection,age related etc.It is not dangerous at all.
Your son need clinical correlation.
There is also osteopenia( loss of calcium from bones).
Both CP angles are clear.There is no e/o pleural effusion.
Both domes of diaphragm appears normal.
