Dear Rehmann,

Your result interpretations can be as :
1. CPK- normal
2. Blood sugar 103 is more for fasting state but random sugar as 84 is normal. So, dont worry.
3. Hemoglobin is low, that means you have slight anaemia.
4. As per the lipid profile, your triglycerides and VLDL are in high category. Triglycerides should be less than 150 for considering as normal. You need to consult a physician for advise. Further, HDL and LDL are important for analysing lipid profile.

Take care,
Dr. Ramesh.
