Need Help To Bounce Back From Illnesses

I have Trigeminal Neuralgia, Ramsey Hunt Syndrom, Osteo & Rheumatoid Arthritis, Anemia (usually), Hyponatremia (due to medication), and lesser issues. 18 months ago I was energetic & HARD working. Not only taking care of my own family but also doing lots for others as well. This is where I want to be again. I want to take care of my own work & be able to help others, instead, I keep falling into a deeper well.18 months ago I fell & tore the ACL away from the femur.
