Need Help With Understanding My ECG
Hello, I had an ECG done and the results are as follows, sinus rhythm (slow), minor high lateral repolarization disturbance/consider ischemia/LV overload or aspecific change small negative T in aVL with flat or low negative T in I.......could anyone please explain...thanks

In my opinion you should not worry much about your ECG report.
As it is normal. No changes of ischemic heart disease and arrhythmia.
Nonspecific T wave abnormality can be seen in normal individuals.
So it is not a marker of heart disease.
Your rhythm is also normal without any arrhythmia.
So no need to worry for your ECG as it is normal.
