Need Help With Understanding Of Follicular Study

hi ,i had started my follicular study from the 9th day of period.On the 9th day RT ovary size is 6,7,7 mm & LT ovary size 14.5,6,7 mm and endo 6.4mm.Today is 13th day and my RT ovary size is same but LT ovary size is 17.5 mm,6,7 mm and endo 7.8mm. What are the chance of pregnancy,when i have to do sex with my partner??Do i able to conceive or not??plz suggest.

my age is 26 yrs,weight 54 kg,height 5.3 foot.

Thanks for writing to HCM

Your follicular study is absolutely normal.
There is dominant follicle in left ovary and probably it will take part in ovulation.
Ovulation will be indicated by non visualization of dominant follicle and free fluid in POD.
Endometrial thickness is also normal.
You should plan unprotected intercourse within 24-48 hours of ovulation for maximum chances of fertilization.
After intercourse female should lay down in bed with folded hips and knees for 15 mins so that sperm can move inside the female genital tract easily.
