Need Help With Understanding The Root Cause Of My Illness

Hello Doc. I am acually sick from last four days. Day 1. dizziness at work, the few hour later temperature at max102F, Headache, BP 60/100 Day 2. max104F, Stomach Ache, Headache, BP 50/90 Day 3. max103F, Stomach Ache, Headache, BP 80/100 Day 4. max101F, Headache, BP 80/120, Platalats 45000 Day 4(sunday). max100F, Headache is severe, BP 80/120, Platalats not tested PS: the fever is not consistant.it suddenly arrises and goes 104.5, all sweaty, sometimes chilly, whil othertimes hot(even in the 24degree A/C) and upon taking the medication prescribed by the doctor, it vanishes. I have had 7ltr of mango juice in these 4 days. alteast 6boiled eggs 4 big bowl of chicken noodles 4-5 boiled potatos 1kg of bbq raw chicken etc etc i have eaten alot as prescipted by the doc. what is the root cause of my illness, please advice.
